Terms of Service
Last updated: September 23, 2026
These terms apply to the Tamsley website, to the demo phone line and to any enquiry you send us. They are not the contract for the receptionist service itself. That contract is a separate signed agreement, and section 3 explains how the two fit together.
1. Who these terms are with
This site is operated by Tamsley LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 30 N Gould St #63249, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By using the site, the demo line or the chat box, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use them.
2. What this site is
This site describes what Tamsley does and lets you try a demonstration. The pages describe the service in general terms. Availability, coverage, pricing and the exact behaviour of the assistant depend on the trade, the client and the signed agreement, and they can change without notice.
Nothing on this site is an offer that becomes binding when you accept it, and nothing on it is legal, financial or professional advice.
3. The receptionist service is governed by a separate agreement
If you become a Tamsley client, the service is governed by the AI Receptionist Service Agreement you sign with us. That agreement covers fees, term, cancellation, data ownership, call recording, liability and everything else that matters commercially.
Where these website terms and that signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins for anything to do with the service.
4. The demo line
The demo number lets you hear the assistant work. It is there so you can judge the product, and a few rules apply.
- Demo calls are answered by an automated assistant, and they may be recorded and transcribed. The assistant says so at the start of the call.
- Please do not give real personal details of other people, real payment details or anything confidential to the demo line.
- The demo is for evaluating the service. Do not use it to test, probe or overload our systems, and do not use automated dialling against it.
- An appointment "booked" on the demo line is not a real appointment and nobody will come to your address.
- We may change, limit or withdraw the demo at any time.
Standard call charges from your carrier apply. We do not reimburse them.
5. Tamsley is not an emergency service
The assistant is not an emergency response system. If you are reporting a gas leak, a fire, an electrical hazard or any immediate danger, hang up and call 911 or your utility company. The assistant is configured to tell callers to do exactly that and not to book an appointment in those cases. Your own emergency arrangements remain your responsibility.
6. Acceptable use
When you use this site, the chat box or the demo line, you agree not to:
- break the law or infringe someone else's rights;
- try to gain access to systems, accounts or data that are not yours;
- interfere with the site or the service, or test its security without our written permission;
- scrape, copy or reuse the content of this site for a competing product;
- send us anything harmful, misleading or abusive.
We may block access if any of this happens.
7. What belongs to us
The Tamsley name, logo, the design of this site and its text are ours or licensed to us. You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy it, adapt it or use our name and logo to suggest an endorsement or a partnership without our written permission.
If you send us feedback or an idea about the service, we may use it freely and we do not owe you anything for it.
8. The chat box and other outside services
The chat box on this site is provided by an outside platform, and the demo relies on outside voice and telephony providers. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to what they do. We choose them carefully but we do not control them, and we are not responsible for their failures or outages.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse them and we are not responsible for their content.
9. No guarantee of results and no warranty
We do not guarantee any number of calls answered, appointments booked, jobs won or revenue earned. Automated systems can misunderstand callers, and calls can fail for reasons outside our control, including carrier outages and outside platform failures.
The site and the demo are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not promise that the site or the demo will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tamsley is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data, arising out of your use of this site or the demo line, even if we were told such damages were possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of this site and the demo line is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). If you are a Tamsley client, the liability terms in your signed agreement apply to the service instead of this section.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Privacy
How we handle information from this site and from phone calls is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as the site and the service change. The date at the top always shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of these terms, this site or the demo line is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.
